Sales Manager

AMP is currently looking for motivated, passionate and proactive sales managers to build teams and sell in our 2012 growth markets. You will primarily travel and work daily in various neighborhoods across the United States. Basic Requirements:

• Home security sales experience required

• Min. 1 yr experience with 125 accts sold in a summer

• Must have strong ability to recruit and manage reps

• Must work 6 days a week (Sunday off) in the summer

• Must travel to sales office and work May through Aug

Sales Representative

AMP is currently looking for experienced and non-experienced, motivated, passionate and proactive sales reps to sell in our 2012 growth markets. You will relocate to a regional office in the U.S. and work daily in various neighborhoods. Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• Must attend and pass pre-season sales training

• Must work 6 days a week (Sunday off) in the summer

• Must travel to sales office and work May through Aug

• Be able to learn and operate the security systems we sell

• Sales experience is helpful but not required

Technician: Installations

AMP is currently looking for experienced and non-experienced, motivated technicians to install in our 2012 growth markets. You will primarily travel and work daily in various neighborhoods across the United States. You will be required to get a license for each area in which you are required to install. Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• Must attend and pass pre-season tech training

• Must work 6 days a week (Sunday off) in the summer

• Must travel to sales office and work May through Aug

• Be able to learn and operate the security systems we sell

Technician: In-field service calls

AMP Security is looking for experienced technicians to service residential home security systems. Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• 2 years experience installing or servicing home security systems

• Vast knowledge and experience with Honeywell

• Must provide your own dependable transportation

• Must have flexible schedule

• Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays

Contract Administration

Essential functions and responsibilities: Stand-out interpersonal skills and oral communication skills. Review paperwork to meet the buyer’s requirements. Prepare contracts to ship to buyers. Review incoming paperwork to ensure accuracy and distributing accounts to the proper areas for further actions. Work with reps to ensure issue accounts are fixed and submitted in a timely manner. Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Stand-out interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Ability to accept challenges / work in fast-paced environment

• Experience in security industry preferred, but not required

• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and typing

Credit/Data Entry

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individual’s to take inbound phone calls from our Sales Representatives and Technicians to assist them with inputting customer’s information into the database and setting up new accounts. Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• Be familiar with Window’s operating system

• Previous call center experienced preferred, but not required

• Seasonal position with opportunity for growth
